**Creative Lead Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of designers to deliver high-quality design solutions for eCommerce campaigns
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with project managers, copywriters, developers, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of design projects
- Present design concepts and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine and improve design work
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and creativity
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Ensure all design work meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a creative design role, with proven track record of developing and executing successful eCommerce campaigns (portfolio)
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a team of designers
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to develop and present innovative design solutions that meet business objectives and exceed client expectations
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, user experience design, and conversion rate optimization principles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Passion for design and ecommerce, with a desire to continuously learn and improve skills and knowledge
