- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
- **At least 5 years direct experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital or Management Consulting**
- **Proficiency in financial modeling including P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and valuation techniques i.e. DCF, Comparable, Valuation Metrics**
- Strong business sense with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized and result-oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation in both Thai and English
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentation
- **Work under pressure and tight deadline**
**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:
- Conduct macro/ micro economic, industry and market research to support both Business Development and Investment Analysis
- Coordinate with the 4 business units and relevant team to oversee, manage and lead project (mostly new business) from ideation through completion
- Conduct in-house due diligence on investment targets (mostly Startups) based on available data such as pitch book, financial statement, corporate document etc. and develop preliminary financial model/ valuation report for Group CEO
- Manage investment deal and liaise with responsible parties both internal i.e. WHA working team, senior management and external i.e. target company, co-lead investors, legal advisors etc.
- Prepare relevant document and presentation to Group CEO, Executive Committee and Board of Directors such as project progress update, investment evaluation report etc.
- Handle special projects as assigned by Group CEO
