CC's Hideaway Boutique Hotel is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional reception services and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests from check-in to check-out. In addition to the standard duties of a Guest Service Agent, you will also be responsible for the operation of our yoga and wellness activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by promptly and efficiently addressing guest inquiries and requests related to both general hotel services and our yoga and wellness activities.

Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for guests, including performing audit procedures when required

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service skills at all times, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Possess a comprehensive knowledge of our hotel's room categories, rates, packages, promotions, tours and wellness activities and other relevant information to effectively assist guests.

Actively promote our hotel's services, facilities, and yoga and wellness activities by utilizing upselling techniques to maximize room occupancy and activities participation.

Uphold our company's brand standards to consistently deliver a memorable and personalized guest experience.

Provide support to other departments as necessary, collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and detail-oriented while multitasking and working with guests.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a hospitality and guest service mindset.
- Competent IT proficiency to effectively utilize relevant software and systems.
- Previous experience in cash handling would be advantageous.
- Front Office/Concierge experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or entertainment sectors is a plus.

**Salary**: ฿13,000.00 - ฿16,000.00 per month
