Responsible for the efficient rooming of hotel guests accordingly to established procedures. Prepare and maintain records relevant to the guests staying in the hotel. Maintain and control room status to achieve optimum occupancy and average rate. Co-ordinate with other Departments and be fully conversant with all cashiering duties. Be aware of any events, functions and promotions within the hotel. Answer telephone call as per company policy and standard. Handle reservations and enquires in the event Reservations is not on duties

**Job summary**
- Sell, register and assign rooms to incoming guests, ensuring that registration cards are properly filled up. Check out departing guests based on the established procedures
- Inform other Departments and Outlets of arrivals, room changes checkouts and special arrangement
- Handle all guest enquiries referred to them either over the telephone or personally
- Handle reservations in the absence of Reservations for the hotel itself through in-house system
- To action on requests or requirements of incoming guests to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation
- To be kept informed of all functions, events, and promotions going on in the hotel
- Furnish information about the hotel and any special attractions or events of interest
- Handle simple function of cashiering based on the established procedures
- To hand over to next shift for any messages or matters that requires action / follow-up in order to maintain the smooth operations
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned or required by supervisor or the Management from time to time.
- Introduce and promote hotel’s F&B outlets. Recommend and assist guest with dining reservations
- Welcome and escort guests to room. Explain in room features and facilities

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- **Male gender with THAI** **Nationality age not over 40 years.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- At least 1 year in a similar position either in four or five star hotel.
- Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing & cheerful personality with self-confidence.
- Posses strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle all kind of challenges, especially with foreigner.
- Know and adhere to Front Office policies & procedures:

- Fully Vaccinated.
