**About the Team**:
- for open positions using a variety of sources, including on-site recruiting, and online job boards. Oversees- the efficient and successful filling of posts as well as the compliance to policies and procedures.- Lead the planning and manage recruitment plan.
- Ensure that agreed processes, standards, timeframes, and quality requirements are adhered to.
- Develop and implement the recruitment process to make sure all necessary positions are filled on a regular basis, on time, and with the best possible applicants.
- Identify and manage improvements within your own area. This covers the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes for applicants.
- Tracking a recruiting database, and analyzing and summarizing the statistics on recruitment to determine the effectiveness of the sources.
- Comply with regulatory requirements. Lead small teams.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years’ experience working in the recruitment function
- Ability to lead teams
- Previous team leadership experience is required.
- Multi-tasked, and able to work well under pressure.
- Highly developed user of Excel, PowerPoint
- Good at internal and external communication
- Ability to set and achieve performance targets
