People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
- Team management: Monitor team performance and ensure recruitment targets are met.
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate with business teams to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Process improvement: Continuously improve recruitment processes and workflows.
- Performance reporting & analysis: Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to high-level management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of high-volume recruitment
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication in both Thai and English, as well as interpersonal skills & stakeholder management
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
