Audit and Import Officer

Handling audit tasks to achieve as per company's target

Make sure that all certificates are renews in the timeline

Prepare all documents ready for all auditing; BSCI, RJC, SMETA, Higg, Target, Wal-Mart, etc

Coordinate and schedule the audit schedule with internal and external parties

Cooperate and follow up with related parties to make sure that they comply to the audit's policies

Response and follow up as per the audit's CAPR

Promote the culture of good governance, transparency, accountability, responsibility, efficiency and

effectiveness of performance

Work closely to the Safety team and Maintenance team for follow up the progress of the CAPR

Update the results and status of auditing to related parties continuously

Handling import tasks as per the superior assigned

Coordinate with Marketing Department/Production Department for the details of products to import, conditions

and payment terms

Cooperate with freight forwarder to bring the products from customs/oversea to the company smoothly and

timely

Performs other duties as assigned by the company

**Working hour**:Monday-Friday 08:00-18:30 hr.

**Bonus**:depending on business operation benefit
