The Vaseline SEA & Indonesia business units have played a pivotal role in the brand’s success, contributing 20% to the 1 billion EURO turnover of the global Vaseline business. This achievement stems from groundbreaking innovations and close collaboration with cross-functional teams and Marketing.

The Vaseline Global SEA & Indonesia TPL role is tasked with driving bold innovations to meet business objectives. This role focuses on transforming consumer insights, unmet needs, and business strategies into impactful innovations. It requires close collaboration with Marketing and leadership of cross-functional teams—including CTIC, CMI, Packaging, and Supply Chain—to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of initiatives.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Translate Vaseline strategic vision and consumer insights & unmet needs into consumer-winning products. Amplify success further with AI and Beauty Tech implementation.
- Ensure exceptional degree of competitiveness and future-prove our innovations by always being on top of competitor activities that include their design and cadence.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional project teams (a team of CTIC, Packaging, and Supply Chain), fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in execution.
- Drive all Vaseline SEA+INDO innovation activities focusing on desire and superiorities at all touch points. Partnering with Science and Technology (S&T) team to ensuring 100% uptake of Skincare blockbuster technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Global Brand Marketing, Medical Marketing, as well as Science and Technology (S&T) team to develop impactful claim assets and compelling content.
- Amplify Vaseline authority as expert in Skincare across all touch points that includes digital and retail platforms in the market through (i) collaborations with external partners such as dermatologists, and (ii) participations at various conferences and symposiums.
- Work in close partnerships with relevant teams, country, and Business Unit partners to build and enhance capabilities within the market in social-first marketing and the evolving consumer beauty needs. Act as a driving force and guardian for the quality, desirability and consistency of execution.

**Experience & Qualification**

**Experience**
- Technical Leadership: 7+ years of proven experience in innovation, product development, science research or related roles - experience in Beauty & Wellbeing is highly desirable.
- Project Planning & Execution: Demonstrate success in executing R&D activities that align with business objectives, drive consumer demand thru winning innovations and deliver measurable results.
- Team Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CMI, S&T, CTIC, Packaging, Supply Chain, as well as other R&D partners in other regions outside SEA & INDO.
