Work at RS Group Building, nearby BTS Kaset.
Reporting to Corporate Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Support expansion opportunity for new project, focusing on retail space.
Research and on-site survey to gather relevant aspects of the assigned project such as competitor s landscape, new product/services, traffic of interested locations to support location assessment.
Coordinate internal and external parties, ensuring that project remain with in scope, schedule and budget.
Assist with the preparation of documents (registrations, permissions, etc.) during pre-operation.
Serve as the primary point of contact between retail operations and headquarter.

Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in project coordination in retail, FMCG, or related business.
Background in supervise or coordinate with store interior and construction team is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and can-do attitude.
Problem solving and prioritization skills.
Ability to foresee and manage operation flow independently.
Good presentation skill.
