- Facilitate communication between project and business team to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
- Organize, attend, and participate in meetings, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Determine project changes and oversee project schedules, status reports, and updates.
- Administer and manage project resources, ensuring that the project aligns with user needs and requirements.
- Work on project strategies and prioritize tasks critical to project success.
- Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for the team.
- Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
