As a UX Writer, you help shape the vision for content and drive product narratives across multiple platforms. The UX Writer works collaboratively with designers, product marketing specialists, product owners and developers to shape product experiences by creating content that’s conversational, human-first, and accessible

**Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- Create intuitive copy to help users navigate with ease through digital products, including menus, definitions, buttons, labels, chatbots, and error messages.
- Collaborate with Designers, Product Marketing, Product Owners, and Developers to write and test user-focused content that guides users through an experience, while maintaining the appropriate tone and voice.
- Review completed copy and contextual information in mockups with UX/UI Designers.
- Partner with UX/UI Designers to collect user feedback and conduct tests to optimize product content.
- Answer questions from engineering as needed to ensure successful implementation of product designs.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of reference guidelines, standards, and workflows.

**Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business, Design or related fields.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
- Ability to distill complex ideas down into a more comprehensible and approachable language.
- Solid knowledge of UX writing principles and processes.
- Familiarity with design tools, like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Dedicated passion for user-focused product experiences.
- Growth mindset and ability to learn new skills, through hard-work and training.
- Knowledge or experience in financial or investment products is a plus.
