**What's your role in the team?**:
Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

**Responsibilities**
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using design concepts, storyboards, process flows, sitemaps and storyboards.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Prepare rough drafts and present to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines.
- Leverage a human-centered design process to deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience
- Research customers, competitors, and products
- Develop personas, scenarios, and user stories
- Work with stakeholders to identify requirements
- Develop and implement usability testing
- Design for accessibility standards
- Create and maintain usability documentation
- Work with developers to ensure product quality
- Work closely with product managers and marketing to maximize customer success
- Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business goals

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, InVision, Balsamiq or Sketch)
- Up-to-date knowledge & hands on skills of design softwares Figma, Adobe Illustrator, & Photoshop.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- BSc in Design, Computer Science, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or a related field
- Work experience as a UI/UX designer or in a related role is required.
- Portfolio of work in UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of Sketch, InVision, HTML, Visio, iOS, Android, Adobe Creative Suite, and other software.
- Working knowledge of UX design principles
- User interface design
- Experience with user testing and usability analysis
