We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Designer to join our dynamic team in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and UX design to game design and UI implementation. You will work closely with our CTO, AI developers, and frontend team to create a seamless and captivating user experience that incorporates engaging game mechanics and features.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences

Design intuitive, engaging user flows and wireframes

Create high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes

Design game mechanics, features, and progression systems to enhance user engagement and retention

Balance game difficulty, pacing, and rewards to drive user engagement

Work with the frontend team to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Analyze user feedback and data to inform iterative design improvements

**Qualifications**:
3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design and/or game design

Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and work, including game design projects

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design

Knowledge of game design principles, best practices, and monetization strategies

Familiarity with AI/ML and how they can enhance user experiences and gameplay

Bonus: Frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
