**Responsibilities**
- Manage and drive sales team to achieve growth and sales targets
- Design and implement strategic sales plan to expand customer base and strengtrhen brand presence
- Target Chiller plant system sales with new & existing customers
- Conduct Site survey/Health Check to verify energy consumption of Chiller plant system
- Analyze and identify opportunities for energy saving solutions base on data and information provided
- Provide Health Check report and proposal on solutions to achieve energy savings for customers
- Work together with external customers such as building owners, consultants, contractors and energy companies for energy saving system solutions
- Provide technical assistance to internal customers such as Sales and Service departments on energy saving system solutions

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering and Master degree in Energy management are required
- 3-4 years experience, preferably in HVAC system
- Knowledge of energy conservation management is required
- Good interpersonal skill, service-minded and customer oriented
- Good command of English and presentation skill
- Able to understand and use MS Office software such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess own car with valid driving license
