**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and lead business requirement development which relates to Business Application, in order to conduct initial requirement, screening for further processes on solution development.
- Work cross-functionally with business, product, program, UI/UX designers, operation, IT, solutions which meet the business requirements
- Research to understand customers’ requirements, and build a best in class product and platform.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product according to business value.
- Ensure new initiative product/ feature/ service compliance to internal, local and regional regulatory/ compliance requirements.
- Address appropriate procedures to ensure compliance with applicable product rules, customer information security and system requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in product development
- Good understanding of consumer banking products and services.
- Good knowledge of technology and trends in digital banking/ fintech and knowledge of agile process and principles.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Good communication skill in both English & Thai
- Understand Consumer Banking business and have product knowledge will be advantage.
