To make planning and ensure that the data entry of product in Inventory systems is accurate and complete
- To complete all item master set up into all inventory systems within timely basis.
- To complete all pending product transfer in nationwide.
- To complete all inventory mismatch in nationwide.

To enhance the efficiency of Inventory Control System
- To check and to liaise with relevant persons on issues, problems and concerns of item master setup.
- To propose improvement on item master setup.
- To check the Inventory Control system regularly to maintain its efficiency

To make controlling and accuracy of stock recording
- To check results of daily cycle counts for Distribution Center and liaise on provide the solution in case of there being discrepancies between the results and the reports.
- To review and supervise for monthly and annually variance report preparations for all Amway shops and Distribution Center that reports are done properly and suitably.
- To review the accuracy and completions of details of product not-to be-used.
- To review the accuracy and completions of details of product obsolescence.
- To check the accuracy and completions of details of receipts/issue slips of all kinds of goods and all Amway shops and Distribution Center which are entered in the records.
- To take responsible for stock taking both monthly and annually of all Amway Shops and Distribution Centre.
- To take responsible for stock adjustments & stock destruction.
- To take responsible for product transfer in nationwide.
