**Responsibilities**:

- Legal Advisory: Provide legal guidance and support to various departments within the organization, including but not limited to commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, employment matters, intellectual property, data protection, and litigation.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, distribution agreements, service contracts, and confidentiality agreements, while safeguarding the company's interests and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and assess legal risks associated with business operations, contracts, and compliance matters. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company's legal interests.
- Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, including maintaining statutory records, organizing board meetings, drafting board resolutions, and managing shareholder relationships.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Collaborate with external counsel as necessary, ensuring effective representation of the company's interests.
- Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on legal matters, compliance requirements, and best practices to promote legal awareness within the organization.
- External Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective legal support and representation.

**Requirements**:

- Legal Qualification: A qualified lawyer with a valid license to practice law in Thailand. A bachelor's degree in law is mandatory, and additional postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous.
- Corporate Legal Background: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a corporate legal role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Experience in an MNC environment is essential.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations: In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the healthcare sector in Thailand, including licensing requirements, data privacy laws, advertising regulations, and healthcare compliance.
- Contract Management: Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements with a strong attention to detail, ensuring legal compliance and protecting the company's interests.
- Risk Management: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify legal risks, assess their potential impact, and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. Strong leadership skills to provide guidance and support to the legal team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Thai languages, with the ability to draft and review legal documents in both languages.
- Ethical Standards: Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
