As the Sales Support, you will actively participate in supporting the Sales and Account Managers with clerical tasks, preparing for customer briefs, and quotes, organizing samples to be sent to customers, and responding to customer queries. You will also look after general housekeeping of the office (such as monitoring the stock of office supplies and coordinating the maintenance of office equipment). Sounds interesting? In this exciting role, you will: Handle supply chain issues. - New starter induction/systems set up. - Data Management: KPI management, Win/Loss/Abandoned Projects updates, for-mula localization process for production, - Feasibility Study & Raw Material Reservation form for potential New Wins etc. - Meeting/Visitor Arrangement. - Gift Item Requisition Form. - Purchase Requisition (IT, Name cards, office stationery, market sample) - Work Order Request in SAP. Sample - Request/sample delivery to customers/ process and follow up in-out shipment - Handle regulatory and documents request - Handle third parties’ lab analysis - Support KAMs on business activities You? Your professional profile includes: - 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role or relevant - Previous experience in Customer Service, and Stakeholder Engagement Technical Skills - Time Management skills (able to work autonomously and as a team, keeping to project dead-lines) - Strong interpersonal skills (excellent stakeholder management as well as working well with others in a team) - Organizational skills, with great attention to detail - Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal including effective listening skills) - Problem-solving skills (able to think creatively, and "outside the box" to find optimal solutions) - Self Starter, takes initiative, with a "can do" attitude At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.
