**Job Purposes**:
Perform various activities of leasing, researching and managing suitable tenants for a defined targeted market, to support sales operations effectively, aligning with business plans and objectives

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
- Present and advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials, to attract short-term and long-term suitable tenants
- Provide information on all aspects of properties including expansion, zoning, and crime, to provide support and navigation of property market to tenants
- Provide support to negotiation of leasing terms and conditions and close deals to support leasing operations effectively
- Liaise with tenants and related functions to support leasing operations
- Make reports to summarize overall leasing to propose and improve team performance

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience
- Have problem-solving skill
- Have communication and negotiation skills
- Be able to coordinate and multi-task
