Job Description:
**QHSE Manager**
- This pivotal role oversees the development and enforcement of robust quality management systems, HSE compliance, and ensures adherence to all relevant guidelines and regulations.
- The Supervisor analyzes business processes, identifies efficiencies, and ensures the companys quality & HSE goals align with customer requirements and Thai laws.
- You will lead a team, providing direction in staff development, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- The role also involves extensive collaboration across departments, report preparation, and ensuring equipment meets calibration standards.
- As part of your HSE duties, you will also conduct risk assessments, monitor adherence to HSE standards, and keep the company updated on legislative changes as per Thai Laws.

**Qualification**:

- Sattahip, Thailand
- Bachelor's degree in Related Field
- 7+ years in Oil & Gas, 4+ years in management or leadership
- Native English speaker or TOEIC 700+
