Work closely with Curriculum Designs to develop learning and content development that is aligned with the organization's business needs and priorities of distribution channels both bank and non-bank. to deliver tangible business outcomes e.g., LX and LC Solutions for salesforce effectiveness, customer engagement enhancement, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, develop and implement interactive E-learning content and experience for the most learning effectiveness of training class and connected to all learning digital tools.- Responsible to develop the learning courses and experience solutions visually appealing and engaging while effectively conveying the content to users and all sales channels by using a variety of methods, techniques, and learning technologies.- Conducts a needs assessment to identify an appropriate learning approach with integrates digital and non-digital solutions.- Develops appropriate learning assets and instructional materials in a manner that is relevant, meaningful, engaging and effective for defined learner groups.- Work with business training design / head of business training innovation in developing engaging learning content.- Work among the team in integrating content into platform to effectively engage learners, assess outcome and further uplift learning experience.
- Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Learning Technology or related fields.-
- Experience as Specialist in Instructional Design and Technology, Education and Training, Multimedia Design or equivalent.-
- Audio visual and graphic design skills, e-learning technology platform (articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, etc.).-
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.-
- Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative.
