**The Supply Chain Analyst Executive supports the Demand & Supply Planning Manager by executing daily PSI (Planning, Sales, and Inventory) processes. This role is crucial for maintaining data accuracy, processing purchase orders, monitoring inventory, and generating reports to ensure the efficient flow of products from suppliers to customers. Key responsibilities include maintaining PSI data, executing purchase orders, monitoring and analyzing inventory, generating operational reports, and conducting root cause analysis for discrepancies.**:
**What You'll Do**:
**PSI Data Maintenance**:

- Maintain and update the PSI tracking sheet/system on a daily/weekly basis with the latest sales, purchase, and inventory data for all SKUs.
- Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any discrepancies.

**Purchase Order Execution**:

- Based on the supply plan created by the SC Manager, create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders (POs) with clients/suppliers.
- Track inbound shipments and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth receiving of goods.

**Inventory Monitoring & Analysis**:

- Monitor current inventory levels against the established targets (min/max levels, safety stock).
- Flag any potential risks of stockouts or overstock situations to the SC Manager in a timely manner.
- Support cycle counts and stock adjustments by providing data and analysis to the warehouse team.

**Reporting & Administrative Support**:

- Generate regular operational reports on stock status, PO status, and other SCM KPIs.
- Assist the SC Manager with data analysis and preparation for PSI meetings.
- Perform administrative duties related to the supply chain function as assigned.

**Root Cause Analysis**:

- Analyze inventory discrepancies and sales anomalies at a transactional level to investigate root causes (e.g., sudden sales spike, receiving delay).

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or any related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in stock or inventory management, with a focus on warehouse operations (e-commerce experience highly preferred).
- Experience in Inventory Cycle Count is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
