Executive Cash Application and Process Improvement

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial gas.
- Collecting, follow-up, uploading, and adjustment.
- Performing AR vouchers for CHQ collection and fund transfer.
- Verifying AR voucher based on AR voucher policy.
- Matching the original withholding tax certificate with a report from Cash App for withholding tax clearing and filing for auditing. -Verify Withholding Tax voucher from CMO, create JV file and submit the request for clearing via Cash App.
- Collecting adjustment due to incorrect booking of Bank GL, wrong Withholding Tax, Till Adjustment, Payment post false customer account, customer claim payment after payment written off.
- Reconciliation and performing monthly reports of withholding tax.
- Performing monthly JV files for unallocated cash booking.
- Coordinating to close the monthly AR module within the schedule.
- Following up with the team to update unidentified customer payments.
- Coordinating with the team to record payment received within the correct period.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3 years + experience in accounting receivable & business administration role - operations commercial, sales, or another related role.
- Solid understanding of the business, ideally with an in-depth knowledge of accounting & admin and the role within the HPO OTC process.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent and accurate results to required deadlines.
- Ability to review processes and develop improvements to create the most optimum way.
