System Administrator

Employment Condition: 12 months contract (renew)

Working Style: WFO 4 days / WFH 1 day

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Server Provisioning**:Manage and optimize server provisioning processes, including capacity planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to ensure efficient system operations and scalability of infrastructure.
- **Hardware Inventory Management**: Maintain detailed hardware inventory systems, track assets, and perform regular audits. Coordinate with vendors for hardware maintenance and replacements.
- **Capacity Management**: Implement and oversee comprehensive capacity management strategies, monitor resource utilization, and plan for future growth to prevent system bottlenecks and performance issues.
- **System Monitoring**: Develop and maintain robust monitoring systems for all critical infrastructure components, establish alert thresholds, and ensure prompt response to system issues and anomalies.
- **Backup and Recovery**: Design and execute backup and recovery procedures, including regular testing of restore processes, maintaining backup schedules, and ensuring data integrity across all systems.
- **VMware/ESXI Management**: Manage VMware/ESXI environments, including virtual machine deployment, resource optimization, and high availability configurations. Ensure proper documentation of all virtualization infrastructure.
- **Server Hardening**: Implement server hardening measures according to industry best practices and security standards. Regularly review and update security configurations to maintain system integrity.
- **Vulnerability Assessment (VA) Scanning**: Coordinate and oversee VA scanning processes, analyze results, and implement necessary security measures to address identified vulnerabilities.
- **Penetration Testing Support**: Support penetration testing activities, work with security teams to remediate identified issues, and strengthen system defenses.
- **Hardware & Software Maintenance**: Oversee hardware and software maintenance activities, coordinate with vendors for repairs and updates, and maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance procedures.
- **Software License Management**: Monitor and manage software licenses, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements while optimizing software costs.
- **End-of-Service (EOS) Management**: Track and manage End-of-Service (EOS) hardware and software, plan for upgrades and migrations before support expiration.
- **User Access Management (UAM)**: Implement and maintain User Access Management (UAM) systems, ensuring proper access controls and following security policies for user provisioning and deprovisioning.
- **Incident Management**: Support and troubleshoot IT-related incidents, provide timely resolution, and maintain detailed incident records according to SLA requirements.
- **Certificate & Key Management**: Oversee certificate and key management, including SSL/TLS certificate renewals, key rotation, and maintaining secure key storage systems.
- **Disaster Recovery (DR) Planning**: Assist in maintaining and testing DR site readiness, participate in DR drills, and ensure system replication processes are functioning correctly.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in system administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments
- Experience with virtualization technologies, particularly VMware
- Proven experience in backup and disaster recovery planning
- Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Open for Thai nationality only.
