Supply Chain Manager

As **Supply Chain Manager, Thailand **you are a key leadership team member in Thailand and be part of the Global Operations Team in Asia Pacific.

You will be directly involved in managing the supply chain team based in Korat (this is where our plant is located) and work closely with the APAC team to develop SC strategies for Thailand.

We’re looking to recruit a Supply Chain Manager, Thailand reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, APAC (based in Singapore).

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- ** Supply Chain Strategy.** Develop, communicate, and execute the Supply Chain strategy and action plan with the regional supply chain manager and various stakeholders
- ** Supply Chain Management.** Lead to achieving balance in service levels with cost efficiencies in plant and logistics operations, and capital investments with operating expenses.
- ** Partnership. **Delivery of business goals in partnership with commercial stakeholders and various GO process owners.
- ** Supply Chain Organization.** Define organizational structures and responsibilities to meet the requirements in Thailand. Develop the Supply Chain team to prepare for current and future challenges.
- ** Continuous Improvement.** Champion Thailand supply chain continuous improvement initiatives - by either leading the project directly or delivery of results by coaching & guiding other project leaders. These improvement initiatives cover both control & compliance gaps closure and productivity improvement
- ** QHSE.** Ensure that the QHSE requirements are enforced for our supply chain operations in Thailand.
- ** Leadership**. Setting clear team goals, able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaborations. As a change agent and leader, strong communication skills are vital.
- ** ERP Improvement**. Led system implementation and efficiency improvement projects for ERP.
- Directly responsible for safe project execution.

**Location**

This role is assigned to work in the plant located in **Dan Khun Thot, Korat**

**What You’ll have**
- Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related business discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management
- A plus with a post-graduate degree
- A plus if black belt or are lean certified
- Fluent in both English & Thai
- Experience in driving organizational change - knowledge of change methodology
- Extensive knowledge of systems, preferably SAP, and processes
- Experienced an ERP implementation as Key SME (O2C, P2P, I2P)
- Has high personal credibility and a thorough understanding of business process development, implementation, and improvement, gained on a variety of business process and technology change projects
- Analytical-minded and attentive to details
