Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive game awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Creative, Community, etc.) and external partners (agencies, vendors, influencers) to execute marketing activities effectively.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Monitor key performance metrics (CPI, CAC, retention, engagement) and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to ensure innovative and competitive marketing strategies.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in gaming or digital entertainment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, influencers, paid ads, SEO, ASO).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming communities
- Work onsite in Bangkok, Thailand
