To offer state-of-the-art software solutions and provide comprehensive client delivery and consulting support using our expertise and flexible, client-focused approach.

**The role**

The role of the Technical Analyst will be to contribute to the successful deployment of GBG products and consulting for high customer satisfaction with existing customers.

The role will involve end-to-end implementation of GBG fraud products in client environments, from understanding and building business knowledge of the existing GBG products to executing the delivery and installation of these products. A key part of the role will be ensuring our solutions are delivered to high standards of innovation, quality, and excellence that delight our customers.

**What you will do**
- Plan and conduct technical requirement workshops
- Work closely with our clients and internal team members to document technical requirements and specification documents
- Identify the desired technical architecture and hardware sizing for the customer
- Technical Product Delivery Support during different stages of the project. Provide Installation and go-live support for the customer
- Provide technical training for client's IT team
- Co-operate with the project manager to deal with stakeholders and ensure the successful delivery of projects

**Requirements**:
**What we're looking for**
- Educational background in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Demonstrated 2 - 4 years of experience in System analysis in an Information Technology environment
- Demonstrable work experience in:

- Windows Server, IIS deployment, and Microsoft SQL Server, including performance optimization
- Proficiency in Linux-based cloud deployments across various distributions and cloud platforms
- Onsite implementation and integration of software solutions, bridging both Windows and Linux environments
- Designing software solutions and network structures with hardware knowledge, encompassing Microsoft technologies and Linux-based deployments
- Strong knowledge of:

- Microsoft Technologies and solutions, including Windows Server and its components (e.g., IIS), SQL Server and its components (e.g., Service Broker),.NET framework
- Linux technologies and solutions, with expertise in cloud deployments and administration
- Operating systems like Windows and various Linux distributions, networking, and communication protocols
- Scripting languages commonly used in Linux environments (e.g., Bash, shell)
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of system implementation projects, preferably within financial services, fraud risk management, or compliance sectors
- Proactive approach to identifying solutions to address customer requirements effectively, spanning both Windows and Linux environments
- Ability to facilitate work sessions with technical project teams and business stakeholders, bridging the gap between Windows and Linux technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, adapting to diverse technology stacks
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English are essential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-managed and proactive, comfortable working in an environment with constantly changing priorities and tasks.
