**Reporting to**: Associate Sales & Marketing Director, Hong Kong **Responsibility**: - Represent PCPD as the face of the Phang-Nga Project - Coordinate with JV partners and organize sales events, road shows, presentations in Thailand and in other geographic locations as and when required - Solicit clients and arouse their interests in the purchase of the residence - Explain and negotiate sales terms, discuss and understand needs of clients and resolve differences whenever practicable - Coordinate with third party agents when required - Finalize contract terms and assist in document signing - Ensure meticulous after-sales services **Requirements**: - Diploma or Degree holder - Over 10 years’ sales experience for premium property products - Good command of both written and spoken English, Thai and Chinese - Excellent presentation and communications skills, knowledge of other Asian language a definite plus - Well versed with local government regulations - A self-starter, a team player with a quest for detail - Willing to travel within or outside Thailand - Based in Phang-Nga, Thailand Pinetree Development Services Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited ("PCPD").
