About the Role

We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager (ESM) to lead large-account and chain-hotel sales across Thailand or Indonesia or Philipines. This role focuses on acquiring hotel groups of 5+ properties, managing long sales cycles, building C-level relationships, and accelerating enterprise market penetration for Yanolja Cloud Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Sales & Acquisition

Identify, target, and close hotel groups, chains, and multi-property brands (5+ properties).

Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (owners, CEOs, GMs, IT heads, revenue leaders).

Deliver enterprise-grade demos, proposals, and ROI presentations.

2. Market Expansion (Thailand or Indonesia)

Build and execute enterprise sales strategy for both markets.

Prospect and develop a strong pipeline across major countries (Thailand ,Indonesia and Philippines )

3. Partnerships & Industry Engagement

Build strategic partnerships with associations, OTA partners, and hospitality networks.

Represent the company in local events, roadshows, and industry conferences.

4. Account Management & Growth

Expand wallet share in existing enterprise accounts.

Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across PMS, CM, BE, POS, Integrations, etc.

Ensure smooth transition to Implementation & Support teams after contract signing.

5. Internal Collaboration

Work closely with Regional Sales Managers, Product, Implementation, and Marketing teams.

Maintain accurate CRM updates (HubSpot) and submit timely forecasts & reports.

Key Requirements

Based in Thailand or Indonesia

Local language proficiency in either country and fluency in English.

5–10+ years experience in enterprise or large-account sales (SaaS or hospitality tech preferred).

Proven success selling to hotel groups / chains.

Strong negotiation and C-level communication skills.

Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-property deals.

Ability to travel frequently.

KPIs / Performance Metrics

Number of hotel groups (5+ properties) closed quarterly.

Total enterprise revenue achieved (quarterly & annual).

Pipeline coverage (3×–4× of targets).

Upsell & cross-sell revenue from enterprise clients.

CRM accuracy & forecast reliability.
