**The Role**:
Flywheel SEA is currently looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 1 year fixed contract. We are looking for someone who excels at discovering exceptional individuals in the industry to meet our organizational requirements. Success in this role requires a passion for challenges and a track record of successfully filling positions. The role will be based in our Thailand office.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
- Drive and manage campus recruitment activities for interns, contract, trainees, and fresh graduates
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to increase pipeline and conversion rate
- Onboard new hires and ensure quality retention outcomes for first 90 days of hire
- Report and update recruitment status - weekly reports
- Support Ad-hoc projects

**Who we look for - the ideal profile**
- At least 3 years of experience as Talent Acquisition or similar
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
- Strong network in E-commerce and Marketing
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Strong communication skills and fluent English and Thai language
- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Impactful presentation style
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- A positive, “can do” attitude
- Regional recruitment experience in SEA locations would be a bonus
- Open to do 1 year contract
