**Role**:
- All great people teams are built on rock-solid foundations - as the business needs continue to evolve, we are now seeking a Talent Business Partner, focusing on building out of the Thailand operations and working closely with our management team as a partner to the business.
- This role will manage the HR function especially Talent Acquisition & business partners in Thailand for our passionate team and growing, spread across Bangkok, Thailand. The incumbent will be responsible for executing people strategies across the full spectrum of People topics, to grow and maintain our presence in the Thailand market.
- We’re looking for someone who has experience in a high-growth startup, setting up local and regional Thailand-related HR processes, and is able to recruit the right people quickly.
**What you will do**:
- Support the business by providing quality-driven, cost-effective, and timely end-to-end recruitment solutions to the designated business units, drawing insights from analytics to make the hiring process smarter and more efficient
- Drive proactive sourcing plans to attract external talent using direct channels in line with business needs; position-specific sourcing strategies, initiatives, and programs including networking/relationship building, internet job boards, social network search, database mining, professional outreach, and advanced direct searching techniques.
- Advocate as an HR brand ambassador with external parties i.e. universities, associations, institutes, and other related departments.
- Provide support & guidance on new-hire onboarding, to ensure that new staff receives the appropriate working tools & equipment to perform their tasks.
- Address & evaluate issues regarding recruitment, action plan, and process as well as provide inputs for improvement.
- Partner with management and HR operations in the identification and prioritization of current and future talent needs.
- Continuously update oneself with changes in HR trends & tools, and industry movements.
- Collaborate with other teams on special projects i.e. Employer Branding, Internship Programs, Open House Recruitment, etc.
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
- Improve employer branding in partnership with the Marketing team.
- Work with management to craft the training and education programs for internal teams

**What you’ll need**:
- At least 3-4 years of HR-related experience, specializing in the Talent Acquisition field
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or more in Human Resources or a related field
- Bonus to have a master's degree from a top-tier institution
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize, work autonomously and manage time effectively
