- ** Job Description**:

- Manage budget and digital marketing tools including Google ads, Facebook ads, Display ads, Taboola, Affiliate Partner, Line Ads, A/B testing and Text ads., to drive a performance of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reporting such as performance tracking, spending, campaigns measurement, and analyze for further optimization.
- Provide weekly performance reporting against KPI and optimization plan for the week ahead
- Monitor trends and identify actionable insights, as well as opportunity for optimization of both performance and spending.
- Coordinate with media & product team, relevant departments, business partners and agencies to ensure an effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Support to execute Brand campaign and analyse the performance and reporting.
- Give recommendations for continuous improvement of performance, ROI and budget optimization to CEO.
- Work with Sales Team, supervised and take responsibility to launch ad campaigns and maximize value for clients and our media.
- Explore and implement new online channel acquisition initiatives to support business or acquire platform users.
- Responsible for managing team, budget, planning, execute, track, optimize and report all digital marketing campaigns and activity across all digital channels to meet our commercial objectives.
- ** Requirement**:

- Master’s degree in marketing, or any related fields.
- Minimum of 3-year work experiences in digital marketing/ performance marketing, background in marketing agency is advantage.
- Good understanding of digital media tools, e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LINE, Affiliate Partner program etc. on commercial performance and optimization.
- Good knowledge of tracking and reporting tools e.g. Google Data Studio etc.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with efficiency.
- Strong analytical skill and systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skill in English & Thai, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated a ‘can do’ attitude, as well as behaviors in line with the Bold, Bright & Direct values
