- 1. Manage E-commerce platform SKU edition, data synchronization and fulfillment in on demand commerce and marketplace.- 2. Maintain system data updating of SKU in variety platforms. (eg. Grab, Robinhood, Foodpanda and Line, Shoppee, Lazada etc.)- 3. Upload product photography and description to various e-commerce platform and remove discontinued out of stock items in a timely manner.- 4. Handle inquiries from customer via live chat channel and promptly respond to the customer complaints.- 5. To optimize online marketing in function of increase user friendly and contribute to sales growth target bases on data analysis.- 6. Gathering customer feedback and analyze data to inform project decision and drive customer satisfaction improvement.- 7. Organize training to solve FAQ issues and tracking performance as target.- 8. PDCA approach for solving problems to improving performance issue and set SOP.- 9. Track, evaluate and report the results and effectiveness of performance.- คุณสมบัติ
- Age 28-30
- Excellent skill of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint for doing presentation and report on figures as Pivot, VLOOKUP, Graph etc. POWER BI, SQL is plus
- Good Computer skill and ability to quickly adapt to other data preparation tools.
- Smart critical thinking, strong analytical and numerical skill
- Energetic, detail-oriented and results-oriented, self-starter who is technologically savvy.
- Drive to succeed with can do attitude
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Experience in retails and e-commerce industry is a plus
