Job Description
New hire purchase customer booking for new car, used car, refinance, extend term and transfer cont.
Vehicle cost and commission payment for new car, used car and refinance (Included calculate net payment to customer).
Correct the system and prepare accounting entry for data correction in case changed finance condition or due date.
Close daily accounts and reconcile daily cash and trial balance and issued all concern document.
Validation transaction and propose adjustment.
Validating all documents of Special sales promotion expenses before sending to approve and issue cheque.
Prepare report for supporting monthly report.
Prepare and check difference reports between subsidiary company
Ad hoc required
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting field
At least 3-8 years working experience in accounting or related fields.
Able to communicated in English both speaking and writing
Manual-operation experience is a plus (do the accounting process via Excel)
Ability to perform multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
