About the role

As a Product Line Manager for our Global Service Commercial Lasers business, you will develop growth marketing plans and activities for lasers repaired and / or tested at select Lumentum facilities, to establish, enhance or distinguish lasers service product placement in contrast with other market contenders.

You will perform market research, monitor laser market activity and work collaboratively with Sales and customers in order to implement ethical, differentiated service strategies, and achieve set revenue and profitability targets. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Service, Legal and Finance to satisfy account service contracts terms and conditions and meet corporate service repair cycle time targets associated with those products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and communicate differentiated laser service product strategies
- Support Sales on lasers business development and growth strategies
- Contribute to internal and external Service Repair training development and implementation
- Negotiate and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) working with Sales and customers
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets

Qualifications and Expertise
- Master of Business Administration, Bachelors or equivalent and / or higher education
- Up to 5 years of work experience in a technical field, including sales and marketing, business management and / or engineering
- Basic business finance knowledge preferred
- Interest in working cross-functionally and with global cultures
