The System Administrator Supervisor will be responsible for service and support of all network and telecommunications. This position will ensure company processes, policies and procedures are being followed and will provide technical leadership for technical projects, resources and operations.

This position will report to the System Administrator Manager and will travel between our facilities based in Bangna and Prachin Buri, Thailand.

**MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY**:

- Service and support of all network and telecommunications including front office, back office, architectures and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), WIFI, servers, security, SOX controls, PCs and peripherals, etc. While ensuring implementations are in accordance with the agreed design.
- Ensure all IT services are meeting service level agreement and issues are being resolved in a timely manner.
- Able to manage internal and external resources when delivering any projects or tasks and ensure all deliverables are on time and on budget.

**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Proactively maintain existing core infrastructure technologies and processes. Includes Windows Servers, Network equipment, San storage infrastructure and VoIP infrastructure
- Facilitate problem resolution and creation of preventative measures as necessary.
- Provide technical project management with networking, Windows servers, VoIP systems and telecommunications related projects by serving as either primary ( where appropriate ) or backup resource.
- Mentor and foster knowledge sharing for the network and system admin professionals throughout the business unit as well as the enterprise.
- Maintain service level agreement targets and objectives. As necessary, assist with preparing high level report for networking, Windows server admin and telecommunications, reporting on key accomplishments and KPI's.
- Deliver optimal network and telecommunications services at the lowest possible Total Cost of Ownership ( TCO ).
- Participate in any ad - hoc tasks and projects for both global and local initiative when required and ensuring deliverables for such tasks are on time and on budget.
- Supervisees of direct report providing helpdesk technical support to Welbilt Thailand user, overseas user and guest.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant System Admin experience.
- Experience working with Cisco, Fortigate, o365 such as Switch, Firewall, Wireless Controllers, Team Calling, Windows Server, VMware, SAN Storage, Azure, is preferred.
- Prior supervisee experience is preferred.

**KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES**:

- Demonstrated technical project management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of network and telecommunications including front office, back office, architectures and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), servers, security, SOX controls, PCs and peripherals, etc.
- Must have positive work-ethic and sense of urgency.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
