- ** Job Description**: 1.Responsible for forecast, order, production and material planning. Set the right targets and expectations to fulfillment team to ensure each customer’ requirements
could be satisfied with the most economical way. Set-up& monitor KPI for fulfillment team
2.Lead and co-work with IT team to optimize and improve fulfillment team’s tool/system.
3.Responds for annual business plans, demand plans, analyze business trends to facilitate key business decisions.
4.Handle customer escalation, lead the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and provide better services.
5.Using cross functional knowledge, coordinate internal and external resources to secure the success of each project.
6.Weekly meeting with Customer in English/Chinese and be responsible for QBR meeting
7.Be responsible for enough demand to feed production line, negotiate with customer for demand allocation
Fulfillment team detailed Job lists.
8.Order Administration - Receive orders and enquiries from customer and follow up
9.Entry Orders in ERP system.Ensure accuracy and update on Open Order Status
10.Ensure PO released for Manufacturing and On time delivery achievement
- ** Requirement**:

- 【Must】
- Exp 2 + years in Sale Planer and Electronic such as Hardisk, PCB
- Experience in Planer
- Chinese speaking ( HSK 4 ) and English ( need to contact chinese client such as hongkong, Taiwan, China )
- Exp in OEM (EMS/ODM/JDM )

【Advantage】
- Bachelor in Engineer field
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing Sales Business Administration related field or above
- Knowledge in MPS management
- Knowledge in EDI is an advantage
- Highly analytical and numerate
- Knowledge in electronic manufacturing process
- Prepare Demand vs Capacity analysis
- Ability to manage multiple task assigned by manager
- Knowledge in EOL product management
- Knowledge in Sales Return and RMA management
- Coordination with PM,NPI and Factory for New product Readiness and Ramp up plan
- To be able to do material and capacity commitment. Coordinate with material and planning team.

- ** Working Hour**: 8.00 ~ 17.00
