Quality Control Executive

The **Quality Control Executive (Thailand)** will be essential in conducting QC checks on products before they are approved for ExFac shipment, serving as the main point of contact between the Product team and our supplier in Thailand. You will help ensure our jewelry products meet the highest quality standards through thorough inspections, accurate reporting, and effective communication with cross-border teams. This role involves regular fieldwork, with travel outside of Bangkok as needed.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Inspect packaging, components, and finished jewelry pieces to meet product standards
- Record inspection results and QC activities with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Serve as the point of contact between our Thailand supplier and the Production/PD/QA team
- Communicate material or product quality concerns to the Singapore team promptly
- Participate in training to deepen quality control knowledge
- Conduct on-site inspections and supplier visits as required by the business

**Who You Are**:

- College diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in quality control or related field preferred
- Native proficiency in Thai (written, spoken, and reading)
- Above-average English communication skills (written, spoken, and reading)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inspections
- Organized, reliable, and consistent in record-keeping
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to travel outside Bangkok for fieldwork
- Own device (laptop) required for Google Suite and other administrative tasks
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to digital tools
- Familiarity with quality standards or experience in manufacturing/QA (a plus, not required)
- Prior experience performing QC for related fields or hardline items/products (a plus, not required)
- Basic competency in Mandarin (a plus, not required)
