**Job Responsibility**:

- Oversee the R&D process from concept to commercialization, ensuring products meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Production teams to ensure product concepts are feasible, marketable, and align with consumer trends and preferences.
- Correct research issues and problems to ensure that operation line running smoothly and efficiently.
- Analyze product quality, production cost, and monitor the product trend with marketing function in order to lay out product development plan.
- Provide technical information or advise the marketing department in case of a request to study the feasibility of developing a new or improved product from the previous model.
- Explore the market and try newly released products. Evaluate the product's merits and flaws in terms of technique, flavor, and marketing. To evaluate opportunities and investigate the potential impact on existing products.
- Create an inventive and scientific database of products, raw materials, nutritional values, and advantages as needed. Production processes, among other things, help to acquire skills and knowledge in organizational innovation.
- Examine changes in external elements that could affect the organization's products and services. To develop commercial or management opportunities that will mitigate the potential harm.
- Lead and oversee the product research and development team as it develops new products and improves existing ones. From the process of designing sustainable products to achieving the objectives.
- Study, monitor and follow the International Foods and Safety Law including other related laws used as data based for further research and development.
- Analyze working efficiency, problems facing then, come up with alternative solutions for continuous improvement.
- Manage the R&D budget effectively, prioritizing projects that offer the highest return on investment and market impact.
- Manage subordinates under supervision to perform tasks as set.

**Job Qualification**:

- Bachelor / Master of Science in Foods Technology, Foods Science, Food Engineering
- Strong experience in R&D within F&B Industry at least 10 years.
- At least 5 years of experience in product research and development at a managerial level.
- Knowledge of product development, food laws, GMP, HACCP, ISO, food production processes.
- Understanding of Beverage product development. Snack Food and Consumer Goods Technically.
- Reach consumer needs Trends and changes in the market through various channels to develop various products to create business opportunities.
- Able to analyze data and report effectively.
- Have project management abilities and team management expertise.
