Job Summary

This position will be assisting the Sales International - Beverage to manage sales execution, maximize sales revenues, monitor and report sales performance, including manage the relationships with key customers in order to achieve business objective in the assigned territory.

**Job Description**:
1. To manage, steer, and drive Distributor, Importer, and Trader to achieve company sales target & KPI

2. To strengthen distribution and retail execution with Distributor through new initiative projects

3. To deeply understanding the marketplace, competitors, and consumer and able to translate into practical action to drive business growth

4. To prepare and analyze sales data and business report for daily, monthly, and yearly review

5. To design the monthly, quarterly, and yearly trade incentive to achieve sales target

6. To collaborate with supply chain and customer service to ensure sufficient inventory and order fulfillment

7. To work with Finance to proceed reimbursement to customers

8. To manage sales expenditures and trade support into operating systems

9. To work with local sales to strengthen sales execution and operation
