We have an established team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals growing our business activities by developing, constructing, and operating our renewable generation portfolio throughout the region.

**About the role**:The Wind Investment Manager, Asia will support project development regionally and lead transactions management in Japan, Korea, Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam.
The position will be based in our regional office in Bangkok, Thailand. Travelling is required within the region.

**What You Will Do**:

- Identify new project investment opportunities regionally - greenfield, acquisition and partnering
- Assess project investment opportunities; manage project valuations
- Manage transaction process for acquisition/partnership opportunities (projection valuation, non-binding and binding offers, agreements negotiations, corporate set-up, closing/post-closing activities); prepare transaction documentation
- Assemble and manage cross-functional teams to carry out both internal and external assessments and due diligence
- Prepare and manage investment proposals (e.g., internal Request for Development [RfD], Request for Investment [RfI])
- Assist project development regionally (e.g., preparation of tender documents, preparation of RfD, project valuation, preparation and management of project schedules and budgets), as needed
- Conduct market analysis for wind market/segment assessment, where required
- Travel within the region as needed, for partner and project visits

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum 4-5 years in the renewable energy (RE) industry
- Demonstrable track record of managing investments in large capital projects, with some experience in utility scale wind.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Analytical and innovative mind set
- Project and time management skills
- Network within the RE sector in ASIA
- Able to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural team environment, to build and maintain good working relationship internally and externally
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
