Logistics Analyst

**Context and Challenges**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Analyst to support Decathlon Thailand’s Logistics leadership team. This junior-level role offers exposure across Customs & Transport and Warehouse Operations. You will assist in reporting, documentation, process mapping, and coordination of logistics projects, while also supporting digital tool implementation and supplier tender processes.

**Responsibilities**

**1. Performance Reporting & KPI Management**
- Maintain and update dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI, leveraging data from SAP ECC and AS400.
- Analyze key logistics KPIs including warehouse productivity, store promise, customs on time, etc.
- Extract operational data from SAP/AS400 to validate performance metrics and track improvement trends.
- Assist in designing new report templates and automated trackers.
- Provide weekly/monthly insights to the Country Logistics Director and functional leads.

**2. Process Documentation & SOP Support**
- Assist in mapping logistics workflows across Customs & Transport and Warehouse operations.
- Document SOPs and key processes in Google Docs for version control and accessibility.
- Ensure all documented flows align with AS400 transaction steps (e.g., inbound, outbound).
- Help revise operational procedures after system or tool updates.

**3. Improvement Project Coordination**
- Support logistics leaders in cross-functional improvement initiatives (e.g., replenishment efficiency, productivity improvement).
- Track project action plans and coordinate with relevant teams to close timelines.
- Use structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) formats to identify and validate improvement areas.
- Contribute to Kaizen workshops and post-project effectiveness evaluations.

**4. Tender & Supplier Coordination**
- Assist the Functional Leaders and Country Logistics Director in compiling and maintaining tender documentation.
- Prepare cost comparison matrices with historical data and standard cost models.
- Coordinate stakeholder inputs across customs, transport, and warehouse during 3PL evaluations.
- Ensure data submitted to vendors aligns with SAP/AS400 transaction logic for flow understanding.

**5. Technology & Tool Support**
- Support deployment and enhancement of SAP ECC, AS400, TMS/WMS, and internal dashboards.
- Assist in testing system updates (UAT) and preparing test scripts for WMS or SAP custom flows.
- Provide first-line support on process issues tied to system usage.
- Help create or update SOPs and user guides for new tools using Google Slides and Docs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
- 0-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, transport operations, or process/data analysis.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or AS400 is a strong advantage.
- Advanced skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of logistics processes such as GR/IR, ASN, picking, loading, and cycle count.
- Understanding of WMS/TMS platforms and their role in fulfillment/logistics visibility.
- Experience with macros or Google Apps Script for automation.
- Strong data validation and cross-referencing capabilities across systems and operations.
- Clear communication in Thai and English, with ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Willingness to work in hybrid office/warehouse settings and interact with ground teams.
