To expand our e-commerce activities, we are looking for a Business Developmer who will drive the expansion for a new business unit within our company.

HydroNeo is an international start-up supporting the Thai aquaculture industry with a focus on shrimp farmers with modern technology. Our vision is to be the trusted partner by providing tailor-made technology to create value for customers and the environment. Over the years, we have received tremendous support from government and private partners, including the privilege of being BOI promoted. With rapid acceleration, HydroNeo already became market leader with its Smart Farm Management System that helps farmers decrease costs while increasing their productivity, boosting profit, and pushing sustainability.

Now, we want to add e-commerce business models on to our Smart Farming Solutions to provide even more benefit to the farmers and industry. For this, we are looking for a self-driven e-commerce and business building colleague.

Tasks

**Job descriptions**:

- Support in developing and execute the strategic plan for our new high-growth business unit
- Collaborate with the management team and internal functions (e.g. Development Team)
- Create a network of external partners to become our suppliers and customers
- Support in building the team

**Requirements**:
**Required skill**:

- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in e-commerce and business development experience
- Native in the Thai language with strong English proficiency is required for both spoken and written communication
- Strong logical, structural thinking, detail-oriented and persuasive
- Experience in aquaculture/ shrimp farming industry is a plus
