Our client is an international law firm specializing in the energy and transport sectors.
**Responsibilities**:
**Working Proactively with BD Team Members Across Asia**
- Ensuring that all BD Systems such as the Deals and Cases Database, SharePoint, and the Pitch Database are kept up to date.
- Working with the Asia BD team, to maintain all Asia marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, fact sheets, and credentials lists and ensure they reflect up-to-date and consistent messages and information.
- Championing the use of our CRM system (InterAction) and other BD Systems including updating information and preparing basic client reports (liaising with the BD Systems team).
- Creating and managing e-marketing campaigns (for events and articles) using digital marketing software (currently Vuture).
- Supporting the Asia BD team in the coordination and creation of marketing and business development materials using the Pitch Perfect system in Word and Powerpoint.
**Maintaining Across Asia**
- Being responsible for the CVs, including in relation to website updates and SharePoint biographies like press lists using the Roxhill database; and mailing lists, in coordination with the secretarial staff.
- Coordinating the Asia legal directory submission process.
- Coordinating the bi-weekly Asia BD team calls.
- Supporting the Business Development & Marketing Executive in Bangkok by:
- Ensuring that all marketing material is kept up-to-date and that promotional material is well
- stocked and ethically sourced.
- Assisting with the coordination of events (including webinars) and conference attendance.
- Liaising with the Internal Communications team to ensure that BD related content on Bangkok’s Ignition page is kept up to date.
- Assisting with the Bangkok Internship Programme including representing the firm at recruitment fairs and coordinating marketing materials.
- Coordinating professional photography for new joiners.
- Understanding the importance of budgets and assisting in the developments of Request for Budget and Return on Investment forms.

- Excellent Thai and English language skills, both written and oral.
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
- Knowledge of video conferencing tools (including MS Teams, Zoom and Skype for Business) is desirable.
