Carry out research on women's entrepreneurship and access to finance, and related topics in the CWE programme countries (Bangladesh, Cambodia, Fiji, Nepal, Samoa, Viet Nam).
Carry out research on innovative financing mechanisms addressing the intersection of climate change & women's economic empowerment.
Support the development of programmes on women's economic empowerment together with project partners.
Support the delivery of advisory services on policymaking related to innovative financing for women entrepreneurs in the CWE programme countries.
Support the preparation of meetings, events, and other activities.
2) Programme management supportCarry out research on potential project partners and other stakeholders, such as financial institutions, gender-lens investors, fintech companies, and women's associations.
Support project monitoring and evaluation, including by supporting data collection from project beneficiaries and partners on project indicators, and by contributing to the project narrative reports.
Contribute to project communications, including by developing social media posts, success stories, or blog posts.

Education To qualify for an internship with the United Nations Internship Programme, the following conditions must be met:
**1) Applicants must meet one of the following requirements**: be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);.
be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent).
3) Have a demonstrated keen interest in the work of the United Nations and have a personal commitment to the ideals of the Charter; and
LanguagesEnglish and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. Fluency in spoken and written English is required for the internship. Knowledge of an additional official UN language is an asset. Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish are the official languages of the United Nations Secretariat.
