Khon Kaen 2. Kalasin 3. Nong Bua Lam Phu 4. Roi Et 5. Loei 6. Sakon Nakhon 7. Nong Khai 8. Nakhon Phanom 9. Maha Sarakham 10. Udon Thani 11.
