Our client is looking for a Business Analyst, who can support cross-disciplinary innovation teams by delivering customer and market insights, building business and financial plans, and providing recommendations to key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in tracking the performance of innovation projects through key metrics and preparing periodic written reports for senior management regarding project status.
- Engaging with consultants and external organizations (e.g. startups, universities)to accelerate results and increase the success of innovation projects.
- Preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders to communicate various strategies, calculations, etc.
- Building and actively contributing to the development and sharing of expertise and know-how in renewable energy and energy technology topics.
- Working closely with other members of innovation teams to bridge technology with business and leading or participating in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships.
- Providing project-level analysis - producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan).

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering and a master's degree in Business is an advantage (not a must).
- Must have experience working on large-scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
- 15 years of complex research & business analysis experience, in energy or manufacturing sectors (e.g. automotive).
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal, and technical writing, and fluency in English.
- Extensive experience with data visualization.
- Superior analytical (strategy and financial), project management, time management, technical (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel) skills, and Analytical tools (Tableau, Alteryx).
- Creative and impactful team contributor, with strong collaborative problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to quickly understand new concepts, industries, and business models.
