**The Role**

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis to support the development of new business opportunities, as well as help drive the growth of our existing business working with both internal and external stakeholders, reporting to the Strategy Director and Chief Sales Officer.

**Ideally, the Business Analyst must**:

- have a strong understanding of market trends
- be comfortable working with data and have an eye for detail
- have excellent communication skills
- have excellent English and Thai skills (written and spoken)

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in specific industries
- Standardise the approach to market, segment and company
- Analyse data to prepare reports and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with the Strategy and Delivery teams to develop proposals for potential clients
- Manage and build relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
- Set up a research calendar that works within DDX’s corporate calendar so relevant briefings and bulletins work within the company’s corporate cycle
- Prepare company briefings to share insights gained
- Document and structure arguments to support recommendations
- Proactively look at technology solutions to improve DDX’s approach to analysis
- At times, support the Delivery team in aspects of project management such as planning or implementation or testing client solutions

**Qualification**

**Ideally, the Business Analyst should have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working with data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Commercial awareness and good business acumen
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Fluency in verbal and written Thai and English language
