Job Summary
- To manage and procure goods and services for business and ensure compliance with procurement policy and guidelinem.
- To obtain the optimal balance between price, quality and service while maintaining responsibility to the economy, society and environment

**Job Description**:
Responsibility:
1. To develop and deliver sourcing strategy for goods and services per category, drive cost saving/cost avoidance

2. To lead supplier management in order to continuous improvement in costs, qualities, services and innovation

3. To initiate projects and conduct purchasing analysis / benchmarking for cost effectiveness

4. To improve operational process for better work with function team

5. To assess risk with mitigation action

6. To lead category contract management

7. To perform other relate duties as assign.

Qualification:
Job Specification:

- Experience in procurement and sourcing in Logistics and Warehouse equipment
- Have connection and supply base for transporter and warehouse equipment
- Good knowledge of IT tools related job assignment, ability to generate new innovation idea and project

to achieve company target
- High sense of urgency
- Good command in English is perfect able

Key qualifications for Sr Ex level:
1. Good in English

2. Procurement experience min 5 years

3. Good in Excel, Power Point and MS Office

4. Skilled in Analytics, Negotiation, Problem Solving and Presentation
