Employer Experience Partner is responsible for designing and leading on end-to-end implementation and evaluation of annual and ad-hoc employee engagement programs, activities / events that related internal communications with objectives of creating awareness, promoting the good Employee Experience and Core Values, increasing employee engagement, creating a great workplace environment, and reflecting employer branding.
**Employer Branding**
- Manage employer branding initiatives to publicize I.P. One’s corporate image to both internal and external parties.
- Support the HR function to develop engaging communications that reflect our employer brand and attract top talent to the organization.
**Employee Engagement/Employee Experience**
- Lead on the development and delivery of a company engagement ensuring all initiatives/activities are delivered and communicated about in timely and efficient ways
- Drive employee engagement and create an environment that attracts and retains talent through a sought-after work culture.
- Core Values and Internal Communication
- Ensure company’s Core Values is well understood and communicated to all employees.
- Drive and maintain internal communication systems that will continually embed the I.P. Core Values to influence the behavior of colleagues.
- Lead and support the development and delivery of internal communication plans and materials.
- Build relationships with employees, promote a positive organizational culture and primarily responsible for the creation and execution of Core Values and communications campaigns.
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field with 4-8 years experience in Staff Activity, Internal Communication, Engagement
- Pleasant personality and able to work independently and well with others
- Maintain composure in stressful situations
- Ability to coordinate and conduct meetings and also to set working plan, manage multiple tasks and to meet short-notice deadlines
